Our program welcomes potty-trained children ages 2½–4 years and operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

We provide a small, warm, and intentional environment where children feel safe, seen, loved, and encouraged to bloom into confident, curious learners. 💛

🌿🧘🏽‍♀️ Wednesdays are for our Yoga Corner at AhavahKIDS Bloom. 🧘🏽‍♂️✨

In the middle of learning, growing, playing, and exploring, we intentionally make space for our children to slow down, breathe, ground, and reconnect with their bodies.

Through yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and our soothing sound baths, we help support nervous system regulation while guiding our little ones back to stillness, balance, and rest. 💛

One of my favorite moments? During our sound baths, many of our children actually drift off to sleep. 😴✨ There’s something beautiful about watching their little bodies soften enough to completely rest in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and cared for.

Because at AhavahKIDS Bloom, education is about so much more than academics. 🌻

We are nurturing the whole child — mind, body & spirit.

🌿 AHAVAHKIDS BLOOM WELLNESS & ENRICHMENT PROGRAM — BEGINNING IN SEPTEMBER! 🌿

Parents, if your child loved AhavahKIDS Bloom this summer, the BLOOM continues! 💜🌻

Once a month, children ages 4–12 will have two intentional hours to step away from the busyness of school and everyday life and simply BREATHE, RESET & BLOOM.

Through 🧘🏽‍♀️ yoga, 🌬️ breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, nervous-system regulation, creative arts, journaling, nature, affirmations, sound relaxation, and SEL activities, we’re helping children learn how to calm their bodies, understand their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and feel grounded.

And parents—you get a little two-hour reset too! 💜

🌸 Begins: Saturday, September 19, 2026
⏰ Time: 11 AM–1 PM
🌿 Meets: Once monthly, typically the 3rd Saturday
👧🏽👦🏽 Ages: 4–12
💜 Bloom Circle: $44 per child/session
🌻 Registration: $111 for the September–May program year

Registration includes a Bloom bag, T-shirt, Wellness & Mindfulness Activity Booklet, and take-home family activities.

The children are regulating their nervous systems, staying calm, balanced, peaceful, and grounded—while refreshing their academic skills and preparing for our curriculum. And the sweetest part? 🧘🏽‍♀️✨ Last week’s Yoga Corner was all about Kindness. We practiced loving-kindness breathing, explored connection through partner yoga, and worked together in Back-to-Back Chair Pose, Double Boat Pose, and Stacked Child’s Pose. 💛

We ended our time together with a peaceful sound bath, leaving our hearts calm, our minds centered, and our spirits filled with kindness. Every breath, every pose, and every moment reminded us that kindness begins within and grows when we share it with others. 🌿✨
