What is your patience quotient?
Sorry, this is a little long…
We need patience. It’s a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) and an essential virtue for becoming “mature and complete, not lacking anything” (James 1:4). Patient people keep their heads when everyone around is in full panic. They’d like the situation to be different, but they don’t need it to be. They stay the course, trusting God for wisdom to act wisely (v. 5).
The problem with patience is there’s only one way to learn it. James says “the testing of your faith produces patience” (v. 3 nkjv).
As I continued my study on patience, I simply asked AI to “Define patience”, and it gave me a coaching on the subject. See below:
“Patience is:
*The ability to endure difficult or frustrating situations with calmness, composure, and perseverance, without becoming agitated or upset.*
*Key elements:*
1. Tolerance: Accepting delays, setbacks, or challenges.
2. Self-control: Managing emotions and reactions.
3. Persistence: Continuing efforts despite obstacles.
4. Calmness: Maintaining inner peace and stability.
5. Empathy: Understanding and compassion for others.
*Types of patience:*
1. Interpersonal patience (dealing with people)
2. Intrapersonal patience (self-reflection and self-control)
3. Situational patience (coping with challenging situations)
4. Temporal patience (dealing with delays or waiting)
*Benefits:*
1. Reduces stress and anxiety
2. Improves relationships and communication
3. Increases resilience and adaptability
4. Enhances problem-solving and decision-making
5. Fosters personal growth and self-awareness
*Patience quotes:*
1. "Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet." - Aristotle
2. "Patience is the companion of wisdom." - Saint Augustine
3. "Adversity is like a strong wind. It tears away from us our false selves and reveals our true selves." - Paulo Coelho
*Cultivating patience:*
1. Mindfulness and meditation
2. Self-reflection and journaling
3. Setting realistic expectations
4. Practicing gratitude and empathy
5. Engaging in calming activities (yoga, nature walks, etc.)
By embracing patience, we can navigate life's challenges with greater ease, wisdom, and compassion.” - Meta AI
So, from 0 to 10, zero being absolutely no patience, and ten being perfectly patient, what is your patience quotient? Consider the benefits. The test you are facing is worth it. There is always room for growth.
Have a blessed day.

The book of Proverbs often discusses three primary categories of people: fools, the wicked, and the wise. Fools become easy prey for the wicked. The wise, however, can see through deception and make prudent choices in difficult situations. The reason? The wise fear God and heed His instructions: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge” (Proverbs 1:7) and “the beginning of wisdom” (Proverbs 9:10).
Choose to fear God. It is for your own good. Start by accepting Jesus’. He is the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to God except through Him. (John 14:6).

Putting on something new requires an adjustment (Examples: New shoes, new glasses, etc.). Over time though, we grow into it, and it suits us better.
In Romans 13, the apostle Paul instructed Christ followers to “put on the armor of light” (v. 12) and practice right living. We don’t begin to reflect the loving, gentle, kind, grace-filled, and faithful ways of Jesus overnight. It’s a long process of choosing to “put on the armor of light” every day, even when we don’t want to because it’s uncomfortable. Over time, He changes us for the better.
Choose to live for Christ today.

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 star review from Hannah Daugherty: New repeat customer!!
I have loved this product for a thousand reasons, but the biggest one is that it just cleared up my 1 yr olds cradle cap. My daughter is blonde and I didn’t realize how horrible her scalp looked until tonight. This cradle cap has been around for so long and I have tried all I can think of to get rid of it. I decided to use this to see if it would work and after one use, half the cradle cap was gone. I let it sit on her scalp, then washed it off and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I plan to wash her hair again using the same method tomorrow and I’m confident everything will be cleared up. The smell is of this product is amazing, it’s uses are far and wide, and I know it is ethically sourced and made by a small business. I recommend it to everyone and I’ll keep buying for life. Nothing matches this stuff!
