Dear Parents,

Please be advised that Northwestery Energy has put out a notice that, due to extreme weather conditions, there is the possibility of a Public Safety Power Shutoff Plan, effective starting tomorrow. They would shut down the power grid in areas of extreme weather conditions due to high temperatures and wind gusts.

It was announced on their website they would alert us prior to a shut off. It is most likely not going to affect our area, however that can easily change due to unstable weather conditions. In the event we are alerted or lose power, we will contact all families via class dojo/and or phone call. We could not safely operate and provide care for children in the event of a power outage, and therefore would close for the remainder of the day power is out.
