Founded in 1940, the Montana Law Review is a journal of legal scholarship edited and published by the students at the University of Montana School of Law.

The Montana Law Review is one of the most important resources of legal scholarship in the State of Montana, and it is the most important scholarly journal chronicling and evaluating developments in Montana law.
