We are happy to take donations of spirit wear and polos but are overflowing with pants, so none of those at this time please.

Congratulations Riley on this amazing accomplishment!

Congratulations to Riley Geraghty — Montana's First and only G.O.A.T.!
St. Joseph's School eighth-grader Riley Geraghty has achieved something no other athlete in Montana accomplished this season. Riley became the only athlete statewide to reach G.O.A.T., the highest of twelve achievement levels in the 127 Sports Intensity – Shooting Challenge (2026).

What makes this accomplishment so remarkable is that G.O.A.T. status is not awarded simply for shooting the most baskets. Athletes must demonstrate complete player development through consistent daily effort, accountability, perseverance, and a commitment to growth throughout the entire eleven-week challenge.

Throughout the season, Riley:
Logged 15,404 counted shots
Shot on 62 counted days
Built an incredible 60-day shooting streak
Successfully completed 18 of 18 educational homework assignments Submitted 17 coach-reviewed training videos
Attended both live instructional Zoom sessions
Earned 3,158 Lifetime Experience Points (XP)

Along the way, Riley earned some of the program's highest honors: Conquered Goal Award
Daily Shot Submission Award
Grade Band Champion Award
Homework Recognition Award
Level Leader Award
Video Submission Recognition Award
Zoom Participation Award

The 2026 Shooting Challenge included 91 enrolled athletes, with 65 athletes completing a full competitive season representing 28 schools and 23 communities across Montana and Idaho. Together they logged 304,322 counted shots, completed 122 homework assignments, submitted 129 coach-reviewed videos, and earned more than 54,000 Experience Points while developing basketball skills alongside the life skills of discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and accountability.

Mike Schmidt, Founder & Director of 127 Sports Intensity, reflected on Riley's accomplishment:

"Riley not only earned G.O.A.T. status, she also exemplifies everything the 127 Sports Intensity Youth Program is designed to teach. She embraced every part of the challenge—not just shooting. Riley completed every homework assignment, submitted videos for coaching and evaluation, participated in our live meetings, and approached every opportunity with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. She is an outstanding example of Educational Athletics at its very best, and I couldn't be prouder of what she accomplished." Congratulations, Riley, on an extraordinary season. Your dedication, consistency, and character have set the standard for every future participant in the 127 Sports Intensity – Shooting Challenge.

What's Next at 127 Sports Intensity? The 127 Sports Intensity Dribble Challenge is up next! Beginning January 1 and running through February 28, 2026, athletes will spend two months developing one of the most important skills in basketball—ball handling. Like the Shooting Challenge, the Dribble Challenge combines daily skill development with Educational Athletics, rewarding consistency, accountability, and personal growth while helping athletes become more confident with the basketball.

Junior Referee Clinic Coming to Missoula Students in grades 6–12 are also invited to participate in the upcoming 127 Sports Intensity Junior Referee Clinic in Missoula. The clinic is designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball officiating, improve basketball IQ, build confidence, and develop leadership skills while creating opportunities for young people to become certified youth officials.
