We’ve updated our Course Retake & Credit Policy to better support high-quality professional development.

What’s new:
• All courses—free and fee-based—may now be retaken for credit once every 3 years
• Retakes completed before the 3-year window will not be eligible for credit
• Course completion is based on the date recorded in your training account

Reminder:
Courses are updated every three years. Be sure to complete your course and confirm it’s recorded on your Professional Development Record before your progress expires.
