Five years ago, three Reiki teachers sat down with a dream…

Today, we get to share that dream with the world.

I’m so honored to be a guest on the Reiki Lifestyle Podcast alongside my incredible friends and co-creators, Chellie Kammermeyer and April Walker, as we celebrate the release of the official ICRT Kid Reiki program.

This project has stretched us, inspired us, and changed us. It has reminded me that healing doesn’t have to be serious to be profound. Sometimes it looks like wonder, laughter, imagination, and helping both children—and the adults who love them—remember the light they’ve always carried within.

I started my day at 5:45 AM when the Kid Reiki Team was interviewed in Korea and China. We had 170 participants. I love that people are excited about this beautiful energy across the globe. Their questions, enthusiasm, and sharing made my day. ♡

Sometimes Reiki reminds me of a flower blooming. 🌸

A flower does not force itself open.
It softens toward the light and unfolds in its own time.

Reiki can feel the same way.

Not striving.
Not pushing.
Just gently returning to the light, peace, and wisdom already within you.

✨ Big News for the Reiki Community ✨

Kid Reiki I & II is now an official offering of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT)!

This long-anticipated program has been years in the making, created and lovingly brought forward by Chellie Kammermeyer, Cami Coté, and April Walker. It is so exciting to see it now reaching the world in this way.

Kid Reiki I & II is designed for Reiki Level II practitioners and above, and invites you to:

• Reconnect with your inner child
• Learn how to share Reiki with children and teens
• Deepen your own healing while supporting others

This work is not just for children. It is profoundly healing for adults and for the way we show up with our clients, our families, and ourselves.

And this is just the beginning.

The Kid Reiki Master class is currently in final development and will expand this offering even further, including the ability to teach this work to kids and adults.

✨ The energy of Kid Reiki is playful, creative, and deeply healing.

✨ It reminds us that lightness and depth can exist together.

✨ And that healing does not have to be heavy to be powerful.
