There was no shortage of flavor in our Mexican Street-Style Hot Dogs class! 🌭🌶️

Students learned how to prepare this delicious twist on a classic favorite while picking up new cooking techniques, sharing laughs, and enjoying great company. From fresh toppings to bold flavors, everyone left with a meal they were proud to create—and recipes to make again at home.

Thank you to our instructor, Marilyn, and all who joined us for another fun evening in the kitchen. We can't wait to see you in another class!

Our next National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) Hybrid Certification course begins August 11, offering a great opportunity to build foundational skills and earn industry-recognized credentials.

Designed for those new to the construction industry, this course combines online learning with hands-on instruction led by experienced professionals.

You'll gain practical knowledge, connect with others entering the field, and complete the course with:
• OSHA 10 Certification
• NCCER Certification
• A toolbelt and tools upon successful completion

Classes meet Tuesday evenings from 5:30–8:00 PM, making it easier to fit training into your schedule.

There are no classes scheduled at The Lifelong Learning Center from now through July 3rd as we complete our annual summer cleaning and building maintenance.
