University of Montana Sustainability Greening UM represents the University of Montana's ongoing efforts to become socially and environmentally sustainable on our campus.

Greening UM represents the University of Montana's ongoing efforts to become socially and environmentally sustainable in our operations, classrooms, and facilities. Sustainability has been integrated into many aspects of our campus community and we strive to connect our understanding of sustainability to our lives both on and off campus. The UM Office of Sustainability and the ASUM Sustainability Center are responsible for the content of this site. Consistent with the broader concept of sustainability, the University's initiatives ultimately seek to enhance students' understanding of the interconnectedness of ecological, social, and economic issues.

Welcome back to another ! Today, we're featuring our new Communications Assistant, Anna Dolsen!

Anna is a senior at UM, originally from Portland, Oregon, and majoring in Environmental Studies with minors in Communications and Climate Change Studies, alongside a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy. Anna will be responsible for things like managing social media, preparing the newsletter, and supporting events for the Office of Sustainability this school year! Outside of school she loves to spend time outside, run, do yoga, and read.
