Take a look at some of the highlights from the annual World Languages Day, hosted by the Department of World Languages and Cultures! 🌎
This year, WLC welcomed 180 language students and teachers from seven schools across Montana. The day featured presentations and classes highlighting the languages and cultures taught in WLC, along with linguistics sessions led by Anthropology at The University of Montana faculty.
Additional opportunities included international education programs offered by the Global Engagement Office - University of Montana, the Franke Global Leadership Initiative, the The Maureen & Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana, and the Office of External Scholarship and Fellowships.
It was an exciting day filled with opportunities to explore the world through the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at UM!

Laura is a budget analyst for our college and has been doing an amazing job at UM for the past 18 years. We are so happy to recognize Laura and all the hard work she dedicates toward the success of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
