I was recently incredibly honored to be asked to create a very special birthday cake. A wonderful friend of mine requested a birthday dessert made of agar agar for her son's 12th birthday. The theme being the transgender flag and the dessert would be a part of his announcement and celebration. I can't begin to describe how humbling it is and honored I am to be a part of such a joyous time ♥️

We entered a cooking contest for the agar agar company that we like to use! The recipe we went with was Lacy's Blueberry Lemon Chia Cotta. It's 'technically' a breakfast because of the chia, fruit, and nuts. We're not gonna argue...
