🌸🌱Our little gardeners have been busy creating their very own garden!🌱🌸

We used forks to paint the dirt and then crumpled tissue paper to create colorful plants in the gardens! Along the way, we practiced name building by adding our names to our artwork!🫛✏️

This activity was a fun was to encourage creativity while working on fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, color recognition, and name recognition. We love watching our little learners turn simple materials into something beautiful!🌈🌻

We had so much fun visiting the fire station! We practiced safely crossing the street, learned about that firefighters who help keep our community safe, and got to see some of the gear and tools they use. 🦋 Our butterfly journey has come full circle! We started with tiny caterpillars, watched them grow and change, and we got to release our beautiful butterflies. The kids loved checking on them each day and were so excited to watch them spread their wings and fly away. What a fun way to learn about nature and life cycles! 🌿✨💙

Our little gardeners have been hard at work! 🌱 The children helped plant seeds in our garden, and we are so excited to see our first sprouts popping up.

Something exciting is sprouting in our garden! 🌿 The children have loved checking on their plants each day and seeing the results of their hard work. Through this project, we are learning about patience, responsibility, and the life cycle of plants, one tiny sprout at a time. We can’t wait to watch our garden continue to grow! ☀️🥕🥒

It encourages relaxation, improves focus, and even supports breathing. We love using simple tools like this to help our little ones feel safe and regulated ✨

We even use humming right before rest time to help everyone settle their bodies and minds 🎶

With 17 years in education and a heart for early childhood learning, Ms. Amy opened her in-home daycare in 2023 to create a safe, playful, and loving space for little ones to grow. 🤍 From infant snuggles to preschool adventures, every day is filled with learning, laughter, and lots of love!
