WE ARE HIRING!!! COME JOIN OUR TEAM!!!

L and C's Learning Center is a Childcare Center that strives to provide quality care. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and educational experience, which promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our goal is to support each child individually to become life-long learners.

Do you want to get paid to play and build relationships with not only the children but with an amazing group of colleagues that support one another and each other's growth? We are the right fit for you!!!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEACHERS TO WORK IN OUR 1 YEAR OLD CLASSROOM AND PRESCHOOL CLASSROOM!

MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH FLEXIBILITY FOR VACATIONS!

How great is that schedule?! but wait it gets better!!! We have a group of tiny humans ready to take over your heart as you build them up for the future!

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, calm demeanor, positive energy, punctual, reliable, and willing to grow professionally. (We provide training opportunities and incentives for our teachers that want to grow professionally.)
If you feel you would be a good fit and would like to join our team, we would love to meet you.

Today we continued our Community theme for the month! 💌

Our preschoolers learned about the post office, and then we made special cards for the residents at Village Health & Rehabilitation here in Missoula.

We love helping our students learn the importance of kindness, connection, and giving back to the community — sending a little happy mail along the way! 🫶📬

SPECIAL GUEST ✨

Today we had Officer Daniel Buchholtz from the Missoula Police Department to talk to our program about his work in law enforcement, safety in our community and what it’s like to be a police officer. The kids had so much fun!

Fun fact: Officer Buchholtz is the father of our wonderful infant room teacher, Josie!

Our preschoolers had a blast using their imagination to color with shaving cream today! This week, we’re learning all about each other and our families. The kids practiced writing their names and even drew their families in the foam such a fun and creative way to learn! ✨
