Midlife doesn’t have to feel like something to push through. 🌀

What if it’s actually a doorway —into more clarity, creativity, and confidence then you’ve felt in years? A becoming.👑

If you’ve been experiencing brain fog, mood shifts, sleep changes, hot flashes, or a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar, you’re not broken — and you’re not alone. These changes are signals inviting you to understand and care for yourself in a new, more supportive way.🤍

This one-day immersive experience blends Ayurvedic tools Dharma Wellness , real talk Foundations Reproductive Health Education, suana and singing with Melissa and embodied practices Kceedot to help you feel informed, grounded, and more at home in your evolving body.

When: September 20th 10am-4pm in Arlee
Cost: $150 includes an Ayurvedic lunch

What would our world look like if every girl grew up surrounded by loving guidance during her most confusing, most formative years?

Girls Circle holds space for this essential time. It's a weekly gathering for young girls on the edge of adolescence, built around plant wisdom, self-care, nature connection, and ceremony.

Here, female body’s find belonging in a peer group held with respect and tenderness ‚ an oasis where it's safe to be silly, messy, curious, scared, and everything in between. A place to set the masks down.

We are now offering a year long model as we believe girls need consistency the connection and growth to fully blossom

Thursdays 2:45-5pm · Spring/Fall 2026
w/ 2 caretaker daughter outings culminating into a community-wide celebration

Tia teaching the girls how to say Yarrow in their native language🌱

Yarrow also happens to be my sweet pups name and was an engaging way to practice the pronunciation. 🐕

Yarrow has been used for generations as deodorant, insect repellant, a tonic for the liver and to stop bleeding. 🤍🐕

The wisdom of the Salish, Kootenai and Pend Oreille peoples of the land we reside on is remarkable and sacred. It’s beautiful to witness the regeneration of their traditions with the young ones.

Our goal for our Earth Within programs is to have all plant learning come from within their orginal community.

We are so grateful for our partnership with the Confederate Salish and Kootenai Tribes and are over the moon as we reflect on our first week of camp in Arlee. 🥰

Stay tuned for more moments of play, connection and inter generational learning 🌀

Nobody handed us a guide for this. Most of us learned about perimenopause and menopause the same way — barely, if at all, and too late.

These are 5 myths worth unlearning. Whether you're in the thick of the transition or just starting to notice changes, this one's for you.

Save this and share it with someone who needs it. 🌿

Curious about deeper support? Her Becoming is a one-day retreat for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Where we will sing and suana, learn both western and eastern holistic approachs and take time for deep rest. Join us on September 20 in Arlee. Link in bio, lovelies!

Earth Within is growing, and we’re looking for like-minded people to grow with us!

We're seeking board members whose skills and lived experience reflect the communities we serve and the mission we're building toward.

We're especially looking for people with backgrounds in working with Indigenous communities, web development, fundraising, teaching, financial management, and operations.

If this work resonates with you or someone in your network, we'd love to connect! Link in bio to learn more. 🌿

It’s amazing how connected kiddos are to nature and their inner listening. 🌱

I adore doing this activity with the kiddos becuase it reveals the magic of letting the subconscious mind be free to feel.. which kiddos are so naturally good at! 🌟

We do many activities similiar to this at camp: nervous system regulation with each plant, eco art and making herbal potions and remedies!

It’s hard to believe our last camp of the season is just around the corner! Join us for Root Medicine Kits in our link in bio on August 17-21st lovelies!

Over the past 6 years- we’ve learned so much about the limitations and ✨successes✨of making hollistic menstrual health education accessible from a non-profit community model here in Missoula, Montana.

We shared what we learned last week with Dr. Kris González, DAcCHM and discussed ways we can spread this work far and wide at national level!
🌎

Our vision is to equip fellow practitioners with what weve learned on how to make hollistic menstrual health accessible to those that need it most, not only as a luxury.

Now we want your input on how we can expand our reach even farther!

Lets dream about what becomes possible when this work is offered not just through private offerings but through accessible, mission-driven offerings that meet people exactly where they are.

We are hosting a focus group in mid August to discuss next steps!

Perimenopause doesn't arrive the same way for any two women. But there are threads many of us share: disrupted sleep, mood shifts that seem to come from nowhere, the sense that your body has quietly changed the rules without telling you.

What helps is understanding your body with a supportive community. This September, Earth Within is hosting Her Becoming: a one-day immersive retreat for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, held in a yurt in Arlee, Montana.

Swipe through for a few herbal teas to support common perimenopause symptoms in the meantime.

🌿September 20th, 10am–4pm | Arlee, MT | Scholarships available

The sweetest video from our guest instructor Jordyn🌞

She came to camp with her new born baby and shared the joys of hooping and songs with the girlies 🌈

We are beyond grateful to all of our guest instructors this summer including a nutritionist sharing healthy snacks, a doula and herbalist and many volunteers who gave shared their gifts. ✨

We have one more week of camp in August with a few spots left, lovelies! 🌼

If you're navigating fibroids, you've likely already been told what your medical options are. But there's another layer of the conversation that doesn't always make it into the exam room: the role that everyday nutrition and plant-based support can play in caring for your body alongside any treatment you're pursuing. 🌿

Food and herbs won't dissolve fibroids. But what you eat and how you support your liver, your gut, and your hormonal balance can affect how fibroids grow and how your body feels day to day. 🌿

Explore these tips to learn about nutritional and herbal support for fibroids. As always, work with a practitioner you trust before making significant changes, especially if you're managing other health conditions. 💛
