High School Independent Study offers instruction in a wide variety of subject areas that can be applied to a diploma or used in a home school setting. Independent Study provides opportunities for students to learn at their own pace, gain high school credit, and enjoy positive learning experiences. Cost of Courses: 1/2 unit - $150.00

Good morning! I will be at the MS Counseling Association Conference in Biloxi this Wednesday and Thursday. I would love to meet you if you will be attending! I will have an MSU exhibit from 5:00-8:00 Wednesday night, and 8:00 a.m .until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Convention Center. I have MSU materials for you to take back to your schools!

We wanted everyone to be aware of an important change concerning deadlines for High School Independent Study Courses with Mississippi State University. Students currently taking any online high school independent study course must complete the course by May 15, 2013. In addition all new enrollments will need to complete by May 15, 2013. Enrollments after May 15, 2013 will return to normal completion dates. Thank you!!
