MSU Muscle Foods & Sensory Laboratory Educate undergraduate/graduate students, support student research, and conduct industry testing for processing, chemistry and sensory of muscle foods.

The purpose of the MSU Muscle Foods & Sensory Laboratory is to educate undergraduate and graduate students at Mississippi State University, support graduate student research, and conduct industry testing tailored to meet the needs of companies. The laboratory works with muscle foods processing and chemistry, and has the ability to conduct sensory and consumer panels on a wide variety of consumer goods.
