Entrusted Care LLC. Entrusted Care is a ISS center in Mission, Texas. We are a adult day habilitation center for individuals with special needs.

We provide Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) and community support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities ages 18+ We focus on quality over quantity and our goal is to help our members feel strong, safe, and independent. Spots are limited, but we look forward to each member coming on board.

What is HCS? 💜
HCS stands for Home and Community-based Services. It is a Texas Medicaid waiver program that provides services and supports to eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping them live meaningful lives in their homes and communities.
HCS has an interest list, and the wait can be long — but STILL APPLY. 💜
Getting on the interest list now is important, even if services may not be available right away. Starting early can help prepare your loved one for future HCS services.
And being on the interest list doesn’t mean your family has to go without support while you wait.
That’s where Entrusted Care may be able to help. 💜
Through our non-medical home care agency, we can provide in-home support for individuals with IDD who need additional assistance while waiting for waiver services. Families can talk with us about available home care options based on their lo
ved one’s individual needs and payment options.
