Bring the whole family to enjoy free services, community resources, and fun activities, including:

Arts and crafts, face painting, photo booth, balloon artist, community resource tables, opportunities to meet RCOC staff and specialists... and more!

Food and refreshments available while supplies last!

We are also excited to announce that Special Olympics will be joining us!

They will have several activities on display and will provide participants with opportunities to try them out and learn more about their programs.

Free parking is available. Parking Lots G and H are the closest lots to Freedom Hall.

Join us for the TRIUMPH AWARDS and our Final South OC SELPA CAC meeting of the 2025-2026 School Year on May 21, 2026, at 5 PM.

Key meeting items include:
Hear updates from our special education directors and student voting members. Provide your input, feedback, and recommendations to our special education directors in Laguna Beach USD, Saddleback Valley USD, and South OC SELPA as we culminate the 2025-2026 School Year

Vote for who *you* want to represent your school district on the South OC SELPA CAC voting members, and elect the next officers of the South OC SELPA CAC.

Then, at 6:00 PM, join us as we celebrate and recognize all the individuals and organizations who have done amazing things for the special education community within the 2025-26 school year.
