Andy Hock is a Taco Bell franchisee. He and his family own 22 restaurants in Southern California and have been franchisees since 1996. Andy attended Saddleback from 1998-2000 and graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Political Science in 2003. Andy is pictured below with his family and co-workers on the far right.

Meet Mario! Mario Melendez, a former Saddleback student and Navy veteran, started Rasta Taco Catering business. In 2006, Melendez conceptualized Rasta Taco while traveling throughout Jamaica. Upon his return, he developed Rasta Taco and launched its catering business on June 1, 2007. "Rasta Taco is about the food from Mexico and the Caribbean, mixed with rasta and reggae,” says Melendez. "Our customers have been very receptive to the mix. The reggae is an automatic welcome. And, our customers love the food." In addition, Mario has worked with various other industries and will provide insightful advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
