So sorry that I don’t update this page more. I got remarried last October, but only changed my name 2 letters which is why my insta is now ginther2gunter. I had a great year teaching Algebra at Beckman HIgh School, I am teaching integrated math at Cerritos High School again this summer through July 23rd, but I have not signed a teaching contract yet for the fall. Happy Summer to all of you mathamachickens!

I haven't posted on this page in quite a while as I have been very busy teaching a new grade 4/5 Academic Support Class in Norwalk and really haven't found the time to tutor anyone other than my own kids. Here are my awesome 5th grade teacher buddies.

Happy summer! Another temporary contract ended last week & I've already begun interviewing. I've applied to all fall math and mild/mod teaching positions in Orange County. God has me on a roller coaster ride with my teaching career with experiences teaching intermediate to HS math, tutoring elementary to college math students, coaching elementary track athletes, teaching students with emotional and behavioral disabilities, and most recently teaching STEM classes. Along the way I earned my M.Ed, passed final Calculus CSET to upgrade foundational level math to full mathematics credential, and completed my Educational Specialist Credential. I wonder what God has in store for me next?

Courtney Kring, a former employee of the Academy, continues to have a heart for the kids we serve and orchestrated a food drive and basket assembly to enable 25 of our families to have a Thanksgiving feast!
