If you’re feeling the weight of everything right now—if today feels heavy, if your heart needs a pause—I just want you to know you’re not alone.

I’m opening a calm, safe space in my home for a few kiddos. If you need a moment to breathe, rest, or just not worry, I’ve got you. No questions asked, no strings—just love.

In moments of crisis, we have a choice: to come together or to fall apart. Choosing community over division is what will guide us back to the light. Let’s remember we’re stronger when we stand in love—together.

This week carries powerful energy—what some call a 999 portal. To me, it’s a reminder that we’re being called to rise through love and connection.

🍕 🍽️ Did Ya Know?! -- Cooking can boost emotional development in our children! 👧👦

🧠 Self-awareness: They explore feelings through taste, smell, and touch.
🤝 Empathy: Making food for others teaches kindness and thoughtfulness.
