At Legacy Medical Academy, we are proud to support Project ADAM- Indiana and the continued development of heart safe schools, community sites, and youth leagues across the Hoosier State.

Through education, preparedness, and access to lifesaving resources, we are helping create safer environments for students, families, and communities.

This commitment was recently highlighted when Project ADAM-Indiana served as the keynote speaker at the Indiana School Health Network Annual Meeting, sharing the importance of cardiac emergency preparedness and the growing impact of the heart safe initiative throughout Indiana.

A special shout-out to Tonya Aerts, Director of Education Innovation, & Community Engagement, for her leadership and dedication to advancing this mission. Through her work alongside Dr. Kean & Nick Hogan, the Project ADAM- Indiana team supports schools and community organizations across the state to become better prepared to recognize and respond to sudden cardiac arrest.

Every AED placed, every Cardiac Emergency Response Plan implemented,every person trained in CPR and every drill performed represents another opportunity to save a life.

Legacy Medical Academy is honored to partner with Project ADAM- Indiana and support the vision of creating heart safe schools, heart safe communities, and heart safe youth leagues throughout the Hoosier State.

Together, we are building a culture of preparedness and empowering others to save lives.

CNA Cohort 211 is in the final days of completing their required hours before they take the state certification exams. After making their rounds and while the residents rest, students can be found studying and practicing skills.

Thank you to the administrators at Holy Cross Village at Notre Dame for treating our students with a luncheon and presentation on the career opportunities within their organization.

This cohort has been exceptional with their hard work, positivity and dedication. Good luck to these future CNAs!

Jason is a student in our current adult CNA class and he is showing the dedication and enthusiasm we want to see in our future health care workers.

Immediately following the last day of school at Penn High School, Jason was in CNA class working hard to learn the class material and skills. Without missing a beat, he completed a day of clinicals and then went to his graduation.

We have enjoyed the graduating high school seniors who have recently joined our adult classes and love the dedication to their future.
