I'm proud of the 2nd grade students! They did a good job at their Awesome Animals program this evening! Loved all of the animal outfits. Have a wonderful Easter weekend!

One of my earliest memories is sitting in my older brothers' room and hearing them playing guitar and singing this song. I'm pretty sure I remember them drinking Mt Dew, too! Share a childhood memory you have about a certain song.

So excited to be at the South Bend Symphony for their holiday concert!

I am so proud of the 6th grade students who performed tonight at their music program. Their voices sounded lovely.

Can't wait to honor veterans tonight at our programs. 6pm - third grade. 7:15pm - fourth grade. Students, please be there 10 minutes early.

Attention parents of 3rd and 4th grade students! We will be having a patriotic concert on Thursday, Nov 11. In order for the kids not to wear masks during the performance, we will have separate concerts. At 6pm the 3rd grade will perform. At 7:15pm the 4th grade will perform. Thank you for your understanding! Information was sent home about this. Some took it home Friday, others took it home today.

School board meeting this evening at 7pm in HS library. I hope the AC is working. 😊

I attended the school board meeting this evening, and it was great to see some parents there too. Two parents spoke to let the board know their views. The board decided to make masks optional (although it was stated that kids still have to wear them on the bus because of federal requirements). Another issue that the board members discussed was what the quarantine procedures were going to be. The local health departments of Marshall and St Joe counties want to continue the contact tracing and force kids to quarantine. Nothing was decided on that this evening. The next board meeting is Monday, July 26, at 7pm in the high school library.

If you are coming to the school board mtg at 7pm, you have to drive around the back of the high school to get to the side door by the library.
