From Pfeiffer student ➡️ Teacher of the Year 🍎💛

We ran into Pfeiffer alum Sarah Coble at the 2026 Southwest Region Aspiring Educator Summit and had to brag on her for a second.

Sarah graduated in December 2024, started her career teaching 7th grade English Language Arts at South Stanly Middle School, and was named Stanly County Schools’ 2025 Beginning Teacher of the Year — all in her first year in the classroom. 👏

If teaching is part of your future, this is what turning that goal into a career can look like.

Your classroom could be next. 💛🖤

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
