Self-care is more than spa days and quiet moments. It’s checking in with yourself honestly and giving your mind and body the support they need to keep going.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, take a few moments to reflect on the habits that help you feel balanced, supported, and emotionally healthy. Small daily choices can make a meaningful difference over time.

Be gentle with yourself. Rest when needed. Reach out when needed. Prioritizing your well-being is important.

Which item on this checklist are you focusing on this month?

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that mental health conversations matter at every age and stage of life.

The numbers shared in this graphic reflect something important: mental health challenges are common, and seeking support should never carry shame. Education and awareness help us better support our families, friends, coworkers, and communities.

This month, let’s continue encouraging open conversations, compassion, and access to care for those who may be struggling.

Help is available. If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 or dial 1-800-662-HELP (4357) for confidential assistance.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Today, we pause and recognize how important mental health is in our everyday lives: how we think, feel, and care for ourselves and others.

This month, Alpha Alpha Beta Omega encourages our community members to check in with yourselves, extend to yourself the grace you need and show up for honest conversations. Taking care of your mental health can be simple and personal. It might mean resting, reaching out, or just giving yourself a moment to breathe.

You are not alone, and support is always available.

If you or someone you know needs help, call or text 988 or dial 1-800-662-HELP (4357) for confidential support.

Today, Alpha Alpha Beta Omega reflects on eight years of sisterhood, growth, and showing up for each other and our community in ways that matter!

From our first steps as a chapter to everything we’ve built together since, this milestone holds so many memories: late nights, early mornings, real conversations, laughter that carried us through, and a bond that keeps getting stronger.

We are grateful for every sister that helped shape our history and every moment that brought us here.

Happy 8th Anniversary to a chapter that continues to grow, lead, and leave its mark!
