Last week, we released the Annual Status of Women Report for Miami-Dade County.
As we recognize Women’s History Month and (Un)Equal Pay Day, we are reminded of the persistent gap in earnings.
Today, March 26 marks how far into the year women must work to finally catch up to what men earned last year. Nearly three extra months for the same pay.
The data is clear. The work continues.
