Happy Sunday friends. As we prepare for the election, we might want to change our perspective a bit. Or perhaps, let’s just add another layer of defense in addition to our activist mindset. The MOVErs and Justice Advocates suggest building up resilience, maintaining your and pursuing perseverance in these next few weeks. how are you maintaining your joy? It’s your joy... you deserve it.

This was the beginning of the MOVE We Heal effort friends in 2016. Two days after the election we gathered in a studio and started our healing process. So proud of everybody who has contributed to these healing efforts and so proud of everything it has become.

Cause why not?

So weirdly the “n” word is all up in our lives lately? Are we surprised? As we prepare to support vulnerable communities post election can we start blatantly standing up against slander.
