Switching brands again for next season. Ran Agama N1 and A215T.....finished with a Kyosho MP10 TKI2.

Biggest issue I had with Agama is they don't have a release date of a Truggy. I'm a Truggy guy!!! I need a newer Truggy then the old A215T.

And Kyosho, arms breaking on truggy!!

I was able to drive the Mayako MX8-24R before winter. It drove really nice box stock. Only issue, I need a Truggy......I can't be with one brand if they have no Truggy.

So with further searching and thinking and phone call after phone call and FB messaging a friend........TLR baby!

Season opener update.

Winter builds went from selling everything HB racing to switching over to running Agama.

It was a hard decision to make, nothing against HB, just wanted to try something different.

I was nervous and didn't know what to expect with the new Agama N1 nitro buggy. This car has horizontal shocks. I just wish they would have released the Truggy to match. It is what it is.

After a long off season build process of the car. With extensive research and patience during the build. Added to no sleep towards the end. I was able to hit the track finally!!

My take from the weekend and this car, I was truly amazed. I mean, this car has negative reviews and not much hype. Easiest way to say it, car is so forgiving. Yes it has it's draw backs compared to the normal setups, but those cars have negative too. I am happy to say, looking forward to this season running!

Now, I didn't podium with them this weekend, there is always next time. Both the buggy and truggy drove amazing.

3rd place podium in Mini Truggy 2023 season, with the HB racing D418T conversion.

Fell short on the other 2 classes, Nitro Trug and Nitro Bug, with the HB racing D8T Evo3 and D819.

Ran Flashpoint FP02 on Trug, Samurai on the Bug and Hobbywing electronics on mini trug.

Ran power hobby servos on all and VP-pro wheels and tires.

Mounted and Balanced.

Glue time on these truggy tires.....

2nd season for the D418T mini truggy. This season we will be fine tuning suspension setup. Then I can finalize the shock towers and get that You Tube vid completed.

Getting that fresh, 1 of a kind print.

Need to get the electronics installed and track tested on this fresh built D418T.
