Fall classes are starting up in just a couple of weeks!

Our 11 Week Boys Outdoor Skills Course has just a couple of spots left.

Here’s what Lou, our instructor is saying about the course:

“This isn't about just learning and memorizing survival tips. It's about getting outside, getting hands-on, making mistakes, solving problems, and building the confidence to say, "I can figure this out."

Participants will make the skills their own through repetition and practice. They will have the added bonus of working with and next to their peers for that added support and will be able to see how all the different skills build together to obtain shelter, water, fire, and food.”

**Class Details for our Fall Homesteading Class**

•Class begins September 1
•Tuesdays 1:00-4:30
•Located in Minot
•Ages 10+

Of all of our fall homeschool classes that will be starting soon, I might be the most excited about our Homesteading class.

More than a class, it’s being offered as an opportunity take nature based learning to the next level for our older kids. In this class, we will learn to work with the land, plants, and animals in every season. We are eager to inspire young learners to think about the ways that they want to build self reliance and work with a community to make dreams happen.

We have heard from several families that parents also want to build homesteading skills. The class will offer many opportunities along the way for interested parents to participate, take home what we grow and create, and hopefully support homesteading efforts at home.

One of our first projects this fall will be raising quail. The group will build a shelter, care for chicks, and learn about what it takes to keep quail.

**Middle and High School Homeschool Classes**

We are now enrolling for fall classes in Minot, Maine. Classes begin September 1. All classes are 3.5 hours to include time for class and time for outdoor adventuring and friends!

That’s the goal.

To play, to experience joy, to lose track of time with friends.

We are made to be playful, creative, and curious. This is where true learning happens.

Our kids need community and play. So much of what we offer in our homeschool classes is about preserving childhood. As you plan the year ahead, ask yourself: how much connection and joy are we building in? That’s the whole point.

**Fall Homeschool Class Highlight**

Our kids are capable, creative, and can be incredible leaders. This class walks youth ages 10 and up through an entrepreneurship journey of self discovery, business planning, financial skill building, inspiration, and so much more!

All of our homeschool classes include built in community time for outdoor exploration and friendship building.
