Natalie Basden and Zach Schultz
What's rewarding about your work at Eckroth Music?
"Repair is like doing puzzles and many of them are unique. It is challenging and rewarding to figure out how to make [instruments] work again."
"I enjoy getting to be a part of the musical journey for many people and making sure musicians are able to focus on playing their instruments with confidence that they are working well."

Practicing is always better when you have the right tools and space - and a good music stand is essential! There are two main types of stands: portable/collapsible stands, and non-portable stands.
Folding stands are the most common for students and general home use since they are lightweight and very affordable. If you don't have a dedicated music space in your home, a folding stand is a great option! It can be easily stored or carried to rehearsals and concerts as needed. Many folding stands come in a variety of colors.
Non-portable stands are best for institutions or organizations such as schools and churches. The most common version is metal with a black finish. These stands are more durable, can support more weight, and are mostly likely what you see on stage at a regular performance venue.
If you're doing a lot of playing in different locations, a stand light is a great accessory to have on hand! A clip-on, adjustable light is great for pit orchestras (or even those weird shadowy spots on stage!).
Whether for personal practice or setting up a performance space, Eckroth Music has a music stand to fit your needs!
