Minot DECA Chapter

MHS DECA students purchased 40 tie blankets from Yourfleece.com, tied all 40 blankets and donated all to the Chldrens advocacy center in Minot. What a great way to help their community!

Last day was great than off to the airport. Stuck in airport as flight was delayed over and over. Missed our flight connection to Minot. Stood in the very long line to rebook flights. Then booked another hotel; includes breakfast and transfers. Will be a short night and won't get home until tomorrow. My working in the airline makes these things easy but time consuming. We are ready to go home.

When a student can't participate due to a leg injury, DECA to the rescue with one-on-one activities. No child left behind! Great job too Ariana for her positive attitude, quick thinking, and outstanding character. Lucky for me she is a DECA memeber!!!!

Brrr...the weather outside is frightful, and DECA is so delightful , so don't let it snow, don't let it snow...at Marketplace for kids today rocking a whopping -20. with -45 below windchill! Will still be a great day at MSU!

For the first time since 2019 we are attending a DECA conference outside of ND. We are very excited for CRLC in Milwaukee. Should be a great time with a great bunch of kids!

Minot High DECA has had a busy fall thus far. From attending the parade, helping at Market Place for kids, and taking the store mobile and now heading to Milwaukee this next week. Before long, half the year will be gone. Looking forward to more good times throughout the year.

We should be in Atlanta. After two years of canceled competition we were finally getting to go for DECA in Atlanta. Unfortunately all flights canceled out of Minot due to another storm. Very long story, but 11 hours on the phone with Delta, 5 delays that resulted in 5 rebooks due to connecting flights, then no inventory for all 8 of us on the same flights. The best they could do was arrive on Monday. Too late to compete. Sad as we were looking forward to this trip with some great kids!
