We had such a great time this weekend traveling to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Billings for the seminar with Ryron Gracie ! Always such a pleasure to learn from the best and to train with great people!

Reminder we will be closed this Friday evening and Saturday as a group of us travel to Billings for this amazing opportunity!

Today was Helio Gracie Day! Commemorating the 112th birthday of the man who did so much to revolutionize the jiu-jitsu and martial arts world and laid the foundation that Gracie University continues to build upon.

We're excited to be adding a new class to our schedule beginning in September!

Our Gracie Teens class will be a great way for our students to bridge the gap from the Gracie Bullyproof program into Gracie Combatives classes during a time when many students stop training all together.

Tonight in our Women Empowered® program we are doing a ground survival Reflex Development class!

This class is for those who have done each of the lessons once and are ready to begin honing their awareness and timing of the moves.
