Super excited to announce our first mini-summer program! With more coming soon!
Training will be split with the first day being focused on skill development. This will be individual skills performed in a rotating stations setting with focuses on shooting, passing, and stickhandling. The second day will be agility/plyometric focused to promote the development of a strong explosive stride.

I am super excited to announce I will be offering off-ice private/semi-private training! This training is available for groups of 1-4 players chosen by you upon registration. Prices vary based on the number of players. 30 and 60 minute session lengths available.
I will be offering 3 types of training: shooting, stick handling, and a combo (stick handling and shooting). A unique feature of shooting training is the utilization of a speed radar tester so we can see the change in a player’s shot overtime. Stickhandling will utilize balance boards and stick handling snakes to add fun into training. ALL trainings are tailors towards the player’s goals.
I am also offering a 10 session package discounted at 20% off regular price. This results in a savings equivalent to the cost of TWO sessions.
