BARR Center π
Weβre celebrating Minot Moments from the 2025-26 school year! β¨
Washington Elementary continued the implementation of the BARR model. This team-based approach is increasing teacher input, strengthening relationships among students, families, and staff, and helping every student succeed.
Coordinators, grade-level teachers, and the school counselor also attended the BARR Conference to gain deeper insight into how this model can continue to flourish at the school in the years ahead. We are excited to keep building on student strengths and supporting success together!

As we wrap up another incredible school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families!
One of our favorite activity was the Fun Run, and we are so proud to share that together we raised an amazing $7,924! While we didnβt quite reach our $10,000 goal, we are incredibly grateful for the generosity and support of our school community.
One of the questions we hear most often is, βWhat are you raising money for?β The answer is simple β opportunities and improvements for our students! Some items on our wish list include:
β’ New front entry signage
β’ A rock wall for the gym
β’ Sensory items for the playground
β’ A water bottle filling station in the gym
β’ Playground balls
β’ STEM equipment
β’ Physical Education equipment
β¦and so much more!
Looking ahead to the 2026β27 school year, we are excited for two major fundraisers:
πͺ Cookie Dough Fundraiser in the fall
π Another Fun Run in February
Weβll also continue hosting our popular Dine to Donate events throughout the year.
Thank you again for your continued support and for making our school community so special. Enjoy the photos, and most importantly β enjoy the summer sunshine! βοΈ
