β€οΈπ€ What an incredible week representing our school at the National FBLA Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas! πΊπΈβοΈ
Although our girls didn't place in their competitive events, I couldn't be more proud of the hard work, preparation, professionalism, and determination they showed on the national stage. πΌπ Competing against some of the best students in the country is an accomplishment in itself! π
When we weren't at the conference competing and pin trading π, we made the most of our time exploring San Antonio! We visited the Alamo πΊπΈ, strolled the beautiful River Walk π, enjoyed a river cruise π€, took in the views from the Tower of the Americas π, shopped at the Shops at Rivercenter ποΈ and La Cantera π, spent an exciting day at Six Flags Fiesta Texas π’, and enjoyed some great food.
One of the things that stood out most on this trip was the way these girls supported one another. β€οΈ Traveling with a wheelchair presented some accessibility challenges at times, but Raiven faced every obstacle with determination, resilience, and a positive attitude. βΏπͺ Just as impressive was the way the other girls stepped in without hesitation, helping whenever it was needed, encouraging one another, and making sure everyone was included. Watching their kindness, teamwork, and friendship throughout the week made me even prouder. π₯Ήπ«Ά
Thank you to these amazing young ladies for representing our school and community so well! β€οΈπ€ We're coming home with unforgettable memories, valuable experiences, stronger friendships, and so much to be proud of. ππβ¨
Until next time, National FBLA! πΌβοΈπΊπΈ
