I'm late, I'm late for a very important date... and that date is our FIRST FIELDCREST FRIDAY of the 2026-2027 school year! 💙🤍

Tonight, we have our FHS Football Gatorade Scrimmage, where our JFL & FHS Football teams and FHS Dance team will be introduced and get a chance to show off their talents!

The action continues Saturday! Our FHS Girls Golf team will be competing in Metamora, while our FMS Softball team takes on Eureka at 10:00 a.m. in a doubleheader. 🏈⛳🥎

We hope everyone has enjoyed the first two days back at school, and we wish all of Knight Nation a FANTASTIC WEEKEND!

🎉 Happy First Day of School, Knight Nation! ⚔️

Summer break has officially expired... and the hallways are about to get a whole lot louder! 😄

Behind the scenes, our teachers, staff, custodians, maintenance crew, bus drivers, cooks, administrators, and technology department have been working hard all summer to get everything ready for today.

Now it's time to fill our buildings with learning, laughter, and a little controlled chaos.

We hope every student has an incredible first day, makes a new friend, learns something new, and remembers that every great school year starts with one simple step through the front door.

So, without further ado, here is the Fieldcrest CUSD #6 Open House Information!

🏫 Fieldcrest High School (FHS)
📅 August 12
🕟 Open House: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
🎓 Freshman Orientation: 5:30 PM in the Gymnasium

🏫 Fieldcrest Middle School (FMS)
📅 August 12
🕕 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
🚪 Doors open at 5:45 PM and the building will close at 6:30 PM.

This event is designed for incoming 6th grade students and students who are new to Fieldcrest. Mr. Hall will give a brief presentation at 6:00 PM in the gymnasium, followed by an opportunity for parents and students to tour the building and access lockers.

Hey Knight Nation! 💙🖤

We couldn't be more proud of our students, staff, and alumni who participated in this year's St. Jude Minonk to Peoria Run!

Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to making a difference helped the group achieve an incredible milestone—a record-breaking $165,000 raised for the children and families served by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, donated, and cheered along the way. Your generosity and compassion continue to make our community something truly special.

Congratulations on an amazing accomplishment, and thank you for helping bring hope to so many children. Once a Knight, always a Knight! 💙🖤
