10 Days. 10 Principles. One Foundation.
Health isn’t built by chasing the latest trend or finding the perfect program. It’s built by consistently returning to the principles that have supported human health for generations.
Believe in something bigger than yourself.
Know your purpose.
Breathe.
Nourish yourself well.
Sleep.
Spend time in natural light.
Move.
Take action.
Cultivate meaningful relationships.
Keep things simple.
None of these principles are revolutionary on their own. Their power comes from practicing them consistently and allowing them to shape the way you live.
Thank you for following along with us over these last 10 days. We hope this series encouraged you to pause, reflect, and maybe choose one principle to practice a little more intentionally.
Which of these 10 principles resonated with you the most? We’d love to hear in the comments

Simple > perfect.
A day of eating that fuels energy, recovery, and feeling good.
No fancy recipes.
No restrictions.
Just real food and consistent habits.
What’s one healthy habit you’ve been trying to improve lately? 🌿

Small habits may not feel dramatic, but practiced consistently, they can make a meaningful difference. Prioritize protein, protect your sleep, get outside, move often, and make time for the things you enjoy.
Your health does not have to be built through an “all-or-nothing” routine. Start with one habit that feels realistic, repeat it, and let the benefits build over time.
Which one are you focusing on this week? 🌿

Quick question…
Have you ever felt pressure or discomfort in your pelvis and thought,
“Is this normal… or is something off?”
Maybe it shows up when you sit.
Maybe it comes and goes.
Maybe it’s hard to even describe.
Most people either ignore it or try to stretch it away.
But pelvic pain is rarely random. And it’s usually not coming from just one place.
We just published a new blog breaking down what pelvic pain actually is, why it can feel so inconsistent, and how a whole-body approach through physical therapy can help you make sense of it.
Before you read it, I’m curious:
What have you noticed in your own body that hasn’t quite made sense yet?

It’s National Heart Health Month ❤️ and a good reminder to think about how we support the systems that quietly keep us going every day.
We’re often asked about red light therapy. Is it just a trend, or does it actually support healing?
In our latest blog, we break down how red light therapy works, why it’s being studied for heart health, and how we thoughtfully use it as part of an integrative physical therapy and wellness approach.

Recovery isn’t just about exercises and stretches.
If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, healing can slow down — even with a solid rehab plan.

When estrogen steps back, your adrenals, thyroid, and fat tissue take the lead — and if those systems aren’t supported, the transition feels rocky.
But your body isn’t breaking down — it’s rewiring for longevity.
With the right terrain — balanced blood sugar, strength, nutrition, stress resilience, and gut-liver support — you can move through perimenopause with clarity and strength.
We’ll teach you how.
Join us October 23rd at The Marsh, Minnetonka for Navigating Perimenopause — a 3-hour experiential workshop that will leave you empowered and equipped to thrive in this next phase.
