It’s often meant to take control, to punish or to win. It’s time to raise our relationship standards and behaviors. If we don’t know how, then it’s time to be open to learning.

When people think they're not handling things well, it's important to look at sleep, movement, exercise, and nutrition. These aspects help build the necessary resilience in the entire system.
