Accountant Turned Baker
I grew up with a family of bakers: my mom, aunt, and grandma to name a few. I loved helping them in the kitchen (particularly with quality control!) and continued some of their baking traditions into adulthood. After 15 years of working as an accountant, wife, and mom while baking as a hobby, I decided to go back to school. In July, I enrolled in the Pastry & Baking program at Saint Paul College, and in November I continued my dream by starting a home bakery!
