It was a wonderful day for our 2026 Speech Banquet! We had fun recognizing and reflecting on all the achievements of our team this year! A great time coming together for some fun to close the season.

🌟 Senior Spotlight 🌟

We are proud to recognize Johnny Fales as part of our Senior Spotlight series.

Johnny has been actively involved in many areas throughout high school, including Concert Band, Jazz Band, Community Band, Orchestra, Speech, Theatre, Student Council, Prom Committee, and serving as Senior Class President. Johnny’s advice for younger students is thoughtful and meaningful: “Whether good or bad, take accountability for your actions.”

After graduation, Johnny plans to attend the University of Northern Iowa, where they will major in Instrumental Music Education.

Congratulations, Johnny! We wish you continued success as you pursue your passion for music and leadership.

We are excited to recognize Isabelle Gillund as part of our Senior Spotlight series.

Isabelle’s favorite high school memory is the Lake Shetek MCA Reward Trip. Isabelle would like to give a teacher shout‑out to Jeppesen and Rosa, who helped influence independent thinking and personal growth. A favorite quote shared by Isabelle is: “Life flows on within you and without you.” — George Harrison. After graduation, Isabelle plans to major in Political Science.
