Join us at Coffman Theater on July 24th for this fantastic group meditation event!

The primary goal of this event is to create awareness of wellness, mental fitness, and peace within the community and in USA. Our country is facing an epidemic of depression, loneliness, school violence, mass shootings and hate crimes. Most of us have suffered or know someone who suffers from these issues. Studies show the benefits of meditation, including reduced stress, promotes emotional health, increases empathy, improves relationships and more. Past research has shown that when even a small percentage of the population meditates simultaneously, the effect radiates out generating a culture of peace that elevates the health and well-being of the entire population. Our goal is to have four hundred people from Minneapolis join America Meditates on July 24th from 7:30 pm-9:30 pm and be part of the largest meditation in US history.

Your presence will make a difference.

Attend our local event. Join America Meditates on July 24th from 7:30 pm-9:30pm and be part of the largest meditation in US history.
