professors kick off our campus series on Living Stories, talking about how their lives are formed by their sacred comittments. And we’re so excited to hear from Professors Syeed and Sheinfeld as they share their own stories from Muslim and Jewish traditions, and talk about how they weave together a sacred friendship.
This semester and next we will have more campus and community colleagues join us from various traditions! You won’t want to miss these dynamic gatherings and come share you own story!

Dr Ullery’s dedication to clinical placements, mentorship, and student success were deemed “heroic” by the accreditation team during our most recent site visit. She goes above and beyond everyday. We are so proud of you!!

Congratulations to Dr. Amy Nelson for winning Augsburg's 2026 Distinguished Professor Award for her service to the community! Dr. Nelson has worked tirelessly to help create the newest Health Commons in St. Paul and has championed an End-of-Life Care Planning project to help unhoused guests document their end-of-life wishes. Way to go!!

Congratulations to the Department of Nursing for being honored with this year's Distinguished Award in Faculty Innovation! This includes revising all their courses in under two years' time, completing two accreditation reports with zero compliance concerns, and too many other accomplishments to name here. What an amazing group of faculty we have!
