✨Wondering✨ what your toddler will be learning in their Music Together class?

👀Toddlers are incredible observers and multi-taskers! They might start out just watching, observing, and listening - remember, music class provides lots of sensory input. Soon you'll see them participating in their own way: it might be in the car on the way home, singing a song we did in class, or they might pull out some toys and recreate class at home.

👂Listen and watch closely, and you might hear them matching your pitch, singing and vocalizing the melodic contour of a familiar song. They also can start to feel rhythm in their bodies and can tap toys or instruments, or clap and bounce to a steady rhythm.

🎶And in class, some of our favorite moments are seeing babies and toddlers sit in the circle and immediately start tapping their knees in preparation for the Hello Song! And once they're comfortable in class, toddlers love showing off their skills, helping younger friends learn "how to do Music Together"!

All this, and so so so much more! There's cooperative play, turn taking, counting, gross and small movement learning, and learning across all areas of development too!
