Elementary Outreach!
Several weeks ago we visited Cherokee Heights in St. Paul to teach 20 first graders the importance of proper oral hygiene. With skits, free toothbrushes, and a very enthusiastic audience, we were able to deliver an hour lesson to these delightful kids!
We had a blast and hope to do another outreach event at Cherokee Heights soon! Please come to our meetings to find out more information!

Houston...We have lift off!
This was our third year representing at the HDA annual meeting and presenting our chapter's outreach programs for the Orgullo poster judging. It was a great opportunity to get updated on oral health issues affecting the Hispanic population and exchange ideas with other HSDA chapters. We will be heading to the windy city in October for the 2010 meeting. Watch for more info this summer!

Salsa Lessons
We started with a dance lesson in Moos Tower and headed to Picosa Restaurant for a lesson offered weekly compliments of Social Dance Studio.
