Just a quick note to let you know that we're moving tonight's PTA meeting online! We were concerned about not having enough people for a quorum to make decisions, so we've decided to hold the meeting virtually via Google Meet. "See" you at 6pm!

Two important announcements from the Northrop PTA!

1. November PTA Meeting Cancelled

We've decided to cancel tomorrow's November PTA meeting to give everyone a bit of a breather during this busy time of year. We know how packed your schedules can get, and we appreciate your understanding.

Our next meeting will be held on December 10th from 6-7 PM in the Media Center. We hope to see you there!

Mark your calendars! Give to the Max Day is Thursday, November 21 - but early giving is open now. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our school and help us reach our fundraising goals.

Every dollar donated makes a real difference in providing valuable resources and experiences for our students.

The 2024 Walkathon is right around the corner - our goal is to raise at least $6500 to support Midwest Food Connection and Meal, two essential school partnerships.
Not only does every step count - every dollar raised goes to food education and food access.

Can you believe it? School starts in less than a month! We're excited to welcome back our Northrop students and families.

Each year, the PTA helps kick off the school year with the Rally Around Northrop. This free event is a chance for Northrop families to celebrate our school community and the start of the school year. Enjoy food, games, and fun for the whole family.

When: Friday, September 6th from 5-7:30pm (Rain date: September 13th)
Where: Northrop Playground
All Northrop students, staff, and families are welcome.

We're having a planting day at the Northrop Garden this Wednesday, June 26th, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM.

We'd love to see you there! Feel free to bring any leftover plants or seeds or purchase some to fill the beds. Crops that are missing are beans, cabbage, and carrots, but most anything goes!
