We're thrilled to share the launch of the new SPH center— the Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity, supported by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota through a generous $5 million gift! Dr. Rachel Hardeman (PhD '14, MPH '11) created the vision for this center and will serve as its founding director.
The U of M School of Public Health received a $5 million philanthropic gift from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota to establish the Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity - School of Public Health - University of Minnesota
The center is dedicated to addressing and uprooting structural racism’s impact on health and healthcare.
