A club for kids interested in health careers, The Ladder is a structured environment of service learning, leadership development, & cascading mentorship.

The Ladder is presented by the U of MN, North Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program and is a structured environment of service learning, leadership development, and cascading mentorship in North Minneapolis. The Ladder is a club for kids, designed to be an integrated, health career exposure and progressive mentorship program. Inter-generational, with members from fourth grade all the way thr

ough practicing physicians and all members within the steps in between. It is a tool that the members use to create supportive inter-generational and peer to peer bonds. We help each other build our dreams.
