Whether you’re 8 weeks postpartum or 3 years postpartum, your body may still be asking for support- in your core, pelvic floor, breath, posture, hips, back, nervous system, or simply in the way movement feels now.

Petra’s new Postpartum Pilates Foundations series is designed to meet you there.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll explore foundational Pilates movement, breathwork, strength, mobility, and functional exercises that support real postpartum life — lifting, carrying, feeding, getting up from the floor, returning to the movement you love, and feeling more connected in your body again.

Each week builds on the last, with space for questions, modifications, personal attention, and open communication around what your body needs.

And because we know childcare can be one of the biggest barriers to showing up for yourself, this class is baby-friendly. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join you!!
