The Complete Probate Lawyer is today's live, in-person seminar at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center. Course Chair Andrew P. Gregory started things off, introducing presenters, (and authors), Camry M. Fielders & Leina D. Holte who discussed the first chapter of the book, appropriately titled "Getting Started". Breakout Sessions have begun for Day 2 of the 2026 Employment Law Institute! A few highlights before lunch: Field Guide to Noncompetes; Answers to 14 Key Employment Law Questions; and the Minnesota State Court Judges Panel.
After a fruit kebab break, more sessions included: Workplace Accommodations; MDHR Update with the General Counsel; and From “Reverse Recruiting” to Interview Co-Pilots and Beyond. More breakouts to come after lunch!

Day 2 Plenary Sessions are underway at the 2026 Employment Law Institute! The day began with the "2026 Minnesota Update" with Gina K. Janeiro. The Alternate Plenary was "Employee Speech: Assessing What’s Protected, Identifying Defensible Responses, and Recognizing When Silence Creates Risk" with Dionne W. Blake, Richard A. Konkoly-Thege & Michael J. Moberg. Main Plenaries continued with "2026 NLRB Update from General Counsel Carey – Key Developments for the Employment Lawyer" with Crystal Stowe Carey and "The Annual U.S. Supreme Court Update" with Steven Andrew Smith.
