What an incredible evening at Church and Union Charleston! 🍽️✨

A huge thank you to the Church and Union team for welcoming NCA and creating such a memorable experience for our group during the conference.

The food was absolutely amazing — every course was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a true reflection of the incredible hospitality Charleston has to offer. From the atmosphere to the service, the entire evening was thoughtfully executed.

But what made the night even more special was the opportunity to connect with fellow hospitality and business professionals from across the country. These moments of conversation, relationship building, idea sharing, and networking are exactly what make NCA so valuable.

There is something special about bringing a room full of passionate hospitality professionals together — you never know what connection, collaboration, or opportunity might come from one conversation.

Thank you again to Church and Union Charleston for hosting us and helping make the NCA Conference experience so memorable! We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to continuing the connections made in Charleston. 🥂

Every NCA chapter is built by amazing people who pour their time, energy, passion, and creativity into their communities. To be recognized among all of these incredible chapters makes this award even more meaningful.
But this award isn’t just for the Board — it belongs to EVERY member of NCA Minnesota! ❤️

Our Board wants to say a HUGE thank you to every single member who shows up, participates, connects, shares ideas, supports our events, brings new people into the organization, and continues to make this chapter what it is.
Without the kickass people who make up our Minnesota chapter, this would never, ever have been possible!

We have an incredible community of hospitality and event professionals here in Minnesota, and we are so proud of the relationships, education, networking, and opportunities we continue to build together.

What an energizing session at the NCA Conference! We had the opportunity to hear Dr. Hunter Kim, Professor and Chair of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department at the School of Business, College of Charleston, speak on “A New Paradigm of Hospitality and Tourism Education.”

Everyone in the room left feeling energized and, honestly, a little smarter about the future of hospitality education and what it means to be a hospitality professional. 🎓

One of the things that really stood out was hearing how Charleston has embraced and capitalized on its hospitality and tourism industry and how deeply hospitality is woven into the identity of the destination. It is more than hotels, restaurants, and attractions — it becomes part of the community, the culture, the workforce, and the overall experience.

For those of us who work in the hospitality and events industry, it was a great reminder that hospitality is an industry, but it is also a mindset and a skill set. The way we educate, develop, and prepare the next generation of hospitality professionals will have a direct impact on the experiences we create.
Thank you, Dr. Kim, for such an engaging and thought-provoking session. We’re leaving with new ideas, a deeper appreciation for hospitality education, and plenty to think about!

Members of the National Concierge Association were proud to volunteer at the Special Olympics USA Games—bringing hospitality, energy, and genuine care to every interaction. From helping guests find their way to cheering on incredible athletes, our concierge community was honored to play a small part in such a powerful, inspiring event. 💙

Here’s to inclusion, connection, and celebrating every achievement—on and off the field. 🏅

Tonight is our annual NCA Night at the races hosted at Running Aces Casino▪︎Racetrack ! This is one of our favorite social events of the year and we are always so thankful to Aaron for welcoming us and making this such a special experience. Now it's time to place some bets! 🏇🐴
